RBC provides the opportunity to give and register for events through the Website and Application through the use of third-party services. We also use third-party services to process credit and debit cards. We do not store full card numbers or verification numbers on our servers at any time.

RBC uses this information to provide a unique experience for you, including but not limited to, helping a user find and connect with nearby RBC locations. We also collect this information to determine the number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. This information can include, but is not limited to: the device operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, device identifiers, name of your mobile or internet service provider, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number, and IP address. This information may be used to provide you with a better experience and improve the quality of our service.

RBC holds the right to disclose information about the user and his/her identity if we determine necessary—such as situations including but not limited to a complaint or investigation involving use of the App, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against a person causing harm or interference.
